When you join the Cedrus Miami list, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, and the consent choices you make. We also record the time, IP address, browser, and page URL for each consent event.
We use your contact information to send workday invitations, logistics updates, and the weekly brief. We use phone numbers for SMS logistics and assistant requests. We do not sell your information.
Only Cedrus organizers and trusted service providers (email and SMS infrastructure) can access your information. We use service providers to deliver messages, not to market their own services.
We keep your information as long as you remain on the Cedrus Miami list. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the preferences link. To delete your information entirely, email emil@cedrus.life.
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers beyond what is necessary for the waitlist and email delivery.
We may update this policy as the service grows. Material changes will be emailed to registered contacts.
